beautiful hotel with supper friendly personnel and awesome view of the bay. crowded area, central location just next door to the old chocolate factory and the golden gate bridge, the wharf, crooked street. plus, 5 minutes drive from safa and marwa hill. terrific service, parking onsite.

The room had a modern design and came with hypoallergenic pillows, which was a nice touch. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and I can't find anything to complain about. the location is absolutely amazing, right in the heart of everything! 🌟.

Thank you very much for a very nice stay during my business trip to San Francisco. Had a reasonably large room with a view across to Alcatraz. the decor was great. the staff were excellent and knowledgeable.

Location, comfort and friendliness of staff all excellent.
We were given an appartment next to a wall & outside stairs, with the second bedroom under the roof (no view). Disappointing as I had booked the 2-bedroom bay-view at a premium price and this was clearly one of the lesser appartments.

The hotel is exceptional and unique in every way. the staff at Concierge and Reservation are responsive. the central location is close to downtown and the attractions of Fisherman's Wharf. the dishes are amazing, and there's a nearby Blue Mermaid Restaurant worth visiting. Everything is first-class.
